Experience isn't limited to so-called 'digital tactics'. Whether it's a mailer, a print ad, a banner, Website, mobile app, or an in-store display – it's part of the brand experience. Experience Design includes on-screen interactions but is also concerned with any and all brand touch points across channels to ensure an integrated and meaningful brand experience.
