Tom focuses on designing relevant cross channel experiences that deepen brand relationships and add meaning to customers' lives. He strives to ensure that every brand touch point serves a larger purpose in the brand experience; that every tactic, online or off plays a meaningful role in the customer ecosystem and brand program architecture.

Tom is a former VP of The Usability Professionals Association (Philadelphia), contributor to UXMagazine and VP, Group Experience Director at Rosetta where he spent 7+ years helping the agency grow from a 85 person company to over 1200 employees. He has helped acquire and grow accounts across multiple verticals winning over 27 advertising awards in the process.

Tom has been in the creative and user experience fields for over 20 years. He has published two books in his YA dystopian series, his experience design work has won numerous awards, and he has worked everywhere from New Jersey to Moscow.
